Dr. Gio and his team are amazing as usual. Every 6 months we bring our family of 7 into the office and they treat us like family. Molly works hard to get us all scheduled together and the whole process from beginning to end is smooth and flawless. We definitely feel cared for and valued - if only every Dr. experience was like this.
I always have a good experience when Norma greets me and Laura cleans and takes care of my teeth and gums.
our 6 month check up and cleaning with Shannon. Nothing but perfection with Shannon and she makes you so relaxed and pain free. Trust me I'm not a fan of teeth cleaning but once I found Shannon she is the only one I well go to. But with Dr. Geo I know all his staff is top notch and have the same wonderful bedside manners!!!! Dr. Garret (hope my spelling is correct) is just the same and makes me feel right at home...
Shannon is always 100 % on!! I met Sierra for the first time today and she was also great. Front desk staff is wonderful also! I usually see Dr. Richardson, who I really enjoy but today a saw Dr. Grant? not sure but he also was wonderful. I overheard conversations that were all positive and nothing personal. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years and I so enjoy excellent customer service. I always conduct surveys of negative and positive experiences that I encounter. Great job to all!!!
As usual, quick, competent care. Good communication with patient. Friendly atmosphere.
