I lived here for a year and a half and it was perfect for my first apartment experience. It’s in a good location, close to many great food options. The manager, Kerry, is absolutely wonderful and very helpful.
I moved from the East Coast to Colorado in January 2023 and immediately fell in love with the Winchester and Browning buildings. The renovated units, secure entry, and quiet neighborhood close to downtown were everything I was looking for, and the rent was incredibly reasonable for the area. Winchester & Browning has been one of the most peaceful and positive living experiences I’ve had. The community is quiet, with really friendly neighbors — even though I mostly kept to myself, I always felt a sense of respect and ease around everyone. My apartment was clean, simple, and easy to make feel like home. I only had one maintenance issue during my stay (a minor garbage disposal problem), and it was handled quickly and professionally. There aren't a lot of recent reviews for this place, so I'll go ahead and give mine. I've lived here since 2022 (a little over two years) and it's such a nice experience. When I first moved in, the whole apartment was refurbished with new floorings and appliances, so that was already a plus. Kerry made the move in process so easy for me, and I haven't had a problem with the place yet.
