If you are looking for an affordable apartment in a quiet and convenient location, this is your place! I lived here for two years, and the property manager, Kerry, is best in class. She is responsive, reliable, and fixes issues that arise quickly. In my time living there, she replaced the carpets in the building, repainted common areas, and replaced the washing machines as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience!
Colorado renting SUCKS... BUT I moved from Nebraska to Colorado for work and had spent my first year in a "Luxury" apartment where rent was nearly double the rent of Winchester and browning. I find myself so lucky to have stumbled upon these apartments and met Kerry, the property manager. She was absolutely amazing for the whole duration of my lease at these apartments. I lived here for a year and a half and it was perfect for my first apartment experience. It’s in a good location, close to many great food options. The manager, Kerry, is absolutely wonderful and very helpful.
I moved from the East Coast to Colorado in January 2023 and immediately fell in love with the Winchester and Browning buildings. The renovated units, secure entry, and quiet neighborhood close to downtown were everything I was looking for, and the rent was incredibly reasonable for the area.
