Lived here just up until recently! These apartments are excellent and the Community Manager Kerry is especially wonderful. The upstairs lounge is and will be my favorite part of these buildings! Nothing is better then coming home from a long day then getting to play pool and watch a colorado sunset!
I moved to Colorado 5 years ago. I spent my first year in evergreen but had to move down to Englewood. I was lucky enough to find this apartment complex. It’s very clean, the neighborhood is quiet and safe with a lot of great restaurants and bars. Kerry the property manager has always been fantastic and very helpful when needed. If you are looking for an affordable apartment in a quiet and convenient location, this is your place! I lived here for two years, and the property manager, Kerry, is best in class. She is responsive, reliable, and fixes issues that arise quickly. In my time living there, she replaced the carpets in the building, repainted common areas, and replaced the washing machines as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience!
Colorado renting SUCKS... BUT I moved from Nebraska to Colorado for work and had spent my first year in a "Luxury" apartment where rent was nearly double the rent of Winchester and browning. I find myself so lucky to have stumbled upon these apartments and met Kerry, the property manager. She was absolutely amazing for the whole duration of my lease at these apartments.
