They push vaccines against people’s beliefs...I.e. The flu shot please 🙄
Former patient. Everyone I’ve ever encountered here acts like you’re bothering them by coming in or calling. Reception staff are the worst part, always rude and condescending. Nurses and doctors are rushed and always running behind schedule. An average wait time was at least 45mins no matter what.
They are awful i have been going here my whole life and recently i can never get an appointment with my primary doctor no one calls me back and they leave you on hold for hours so displeased with this place
This review is on for Dr. Havlin only. Everyone else we have seen and worked with has been a dream. Dr. Havlin, though. DO NOT expect quick service. My mother, who is not on social media (therefore I am posting for her), called and left multiple messages for Dr. Havlin, yet he has not returned her call. He's done this before to her. All she needs is a quick phone call, but he doesn't seem to think her pain is worth the call back. Dr Kayathi has been 45 min or more late for my last 2 appts.comes in in a rush seems all she cares about is the next person.
