The donuts are good. Only rated 4/5 because the donuts are pretty much what you would expect from any donut shop and nothing particularly special--but reliability is good!! If you don't speak Spanish, there is a bit of a language barrier, but we got through by pointing, thumbs-upping, and counting on our fingers. Only downside was that we didn't get *exactly* what we thought we were ordering (e.g. maple donut when we thought we were ordering plain glazed) but this was due to language differences and not anybody's fault.
