Some of the maintenance are very unprofessional and don't know how to fix things and come and do botched jobs at the end of the business day. Rarely answers the phone or return phone calls. Lies and the new management thinks you are a fool. I liked the first management but can't really say that I'll return if need be.
New management is ok now that berry is gone. Still unprofessional because our water is off without notice. Kids live here and I haven't been able to cook for them all day. This is the second time our water been off all day without notice. I mean we are hungry and have no ride or money to get food. Can't cook what I got because there's no water.
They are very beautiful I will be very happy to see good family Who are in need a good place to live without so much drama in the world family can raise they kids in a very good place family needs help to take care they neighborhood kids going to be kids but we all need help to stop the drama and the killing we all work together to keep neighborhood clean and beautiful and tell what you see in the neighborhood do not close your eyes we all need a Nice place to live thank you very much
New management is doing a great job they fix anything that could be wrong with your apartment in a timely manner. Our neighbors watch out for each other, there is security that do there job. Its a nice place to call home for a family in need of a home. Drama is not tolerated and thats a good thing
