The drinks I receive on a constant basis are always just warm and never “hot”. I always have to ask for my drinks to be extra hot just to get them to be like coffee and not warm milk you’d drink before bed! The espresso shots aren’t strong and I’m always having to pay for an extra shot to actually taste the “espresso”. Their prices just went up significantly and they want me to pay for all the additions! It’s insane!
