Seemed great at first but... not sure if it's the landlord or the management company but the walls were left with holes unfilled and some filled but unpainted. There's also mismatched paint all over. Closer inspection of the lease agreement states house was freshly painted. So they are definitely snakes. Luckily I took pics and will seek legal counsel when they try something. Oh, and they charge a $2.50 fee to pay rent through their own app. Cannot recommend

Decent communication and team set in place compared to most local property management companies.
Been looking for a house to rent for about a month. Most never reached out after I expressed interest. Nikki and Win Win did amazing and it only took two days from requesting info to being approved and signing lease. I'm thoroughly impressed with Nikki's ability to help us through this. Thanks again!
Wont stop calling me about a house I don't own. Don't sell to these people they don't care.
