I contacted Win Home Inspections and asked to have Brian Fish (our Realtor recommended him) come to our house to do a presale Home Inspection for us, they scheduled the inspection right away and for when it was convenient for us. Brian was right on time and very personable he conducted the inspection very efficiently and when he was done he went over every item and explained what he saw and even give us tips on how we could go about fixing some of things he found. The inspection was was affordable and thorough with a complete report. It was a good experience and will probably have another inspection in 5-10 years to make sure our regular maintenance has been has been successful and see if we need a new roof. Even after the inspection, we regularly get emails with recall information and helpful hints, so we like it’s an ongoing relationship.
