They came out and inspected my house and broke a strap holding our pipe under the house which caused stress on the other part and broke! They refused to fix and said they were not liable for damages! I DO NOT recommend!
WIN was very detailed in their report and thorough. They also made themselves available to answer any questions about the inspection. Definitely would recommend and use them again.

The home inspection WIN provided was very through! Pictures and very detailed explanation throughout the entire report AND the report was provided the same day. I am moving from Colorado to Tennessee (dry climate to humid climate) and wasn’t quite sure what to expect from what I couldn’t see but Greg’s report put me at ease. Thank you WIN!
