Cudos to the WIN inspector who came out on a moment's notice to inspect my (potentially) new home. I had a 15 day escrow so time was of the essence and he got on it immediately. Also, in spite of the rush,rush, he made a thorough inspection followed by a clear and concise report and questions were answered in a timely manner. During this highly stressful time, it's refreshing to have something work seamlessly. My realtor let him in so I never got his name, but whoever you are, you ROCK!! Thank you, WIN!
Jason and Brian did an awesome job today for my clients! It was't an easy task. Brian was up on the roof getting soaked by the rain storm and was still able to do an excellent job inspecting the roof and capturing some good pics of the problem areas. Jason was thorough and as always did a great job explaining everything to my clients. Big thanks to Candy for getting the guys out there on such short notice. Nothing but respect for the WIN team! Bar none the best home inspectors in the industry. 17 years in the business and I went through many before I found WIN. They are very knowledgeable, thorough and always professional and would never use anyone else. They have a wonderful team and Krista is always responsive in the office keeping things running smoothly and with a sense of humor. Try them once and you'll never go elsewhere!
