WIN, Pete Sutch, did an excellent job inspecting the home we intended to buy. Pete walked us through some of the inspection but we thought it better not to interfere with his thorough work. We were so surprised to see the results of the inspection the following morning. Based on this inspection we were able to decide whether we wanted to buy this fixer/upper. Pete did a very thorough inspection. He walked through the home before he left to point out the issues he noted. That evening, I had the final inspection report/pictures in hand to review with realtor.
