I sure do not! I do not care about water being on them to pay DONT shut it off everyday either! We pay rent on time and don’t give problems but get them! I’m glad we signed a 6 month lease this place is HORRIBLE

RecommendedSo far my experience here has been great. Shelby in the office is so polite even when I was not being the nicest. This is a quiet community I honestly never hear much this has been by far the best experience I have had with apartments everyone pretty much stays to themselves but at the same time if someone sees you outside they will gladly say hey how is your day? Have gas, working stoves, hot water to bathe, wash dishes and clothes safely, heat to stay warm and stop giving tenants run around that it would be on soon when it has been a month now. I've been in the office when management had the nerve to rent to new tenants knowing the situation. They started digging up gas lines Monday and that is going to be a mess.
Terrible! Keep looking, you’ll find much nicer newer apartments for less!!
I currently live here and the management is horrible. I can’t get issues resolved. I have mold in my apt and have been reporting it for several months. Still no gas, which means no hot water, no stove and no heat. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. ITS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
OVER A MONTH with NO heat. Not being able to do laundry. No cooking. What a sorry excuse for an apartment complex. I WOULDNT GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND THOUGHT!!!!
After what will be OVER a month without gas they are offering a $50 gift card for our "inconvenience" I would steer clear of this place. They do not care about their residents. At all.
THEY HAVENT FIXED THE HEAT!!!!!
