Where to start soooo many problems it’d be too long of a list just wish they’d have better communication with their tenants and actually do what they say their gonna do like no water for a whole day where do they do this at? I’ve honestly never had soo many problems at an apartment complex
Since last July, we have had a flood in our bathroom and closets in the bedroom. It gets temporarily fixed then a few months later it does it again. The main problem is not getting fixed. I have had property damage due to this problem and it's not okay. Me and my husband have also stayed up all night trying to make sure the water does not go all over the apartment which is also not okay. I am very disappointed in this apartment.

Plumbing problems sewerage back up
RecommendedLived there for almost a year. Never had any problems. I had great neighbors and got a good response when needing maintenance help. I would recommend living here.
my ex kicked me out even though I was the only one paying bills and the office people wouldnt help me collect my personal belongings. I lost most of moms belongings. they were the only things I had left of her. I would never suggest these apts to anyone.

It’s a beautiful place to live, but the HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, etc make it inhabitable. I went for 41 days without heat or hot water in 2019 winter. I also went a week without AC in July 2020. I had maintenance requests that took 10 months to complete. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Most innatentive security I have encountered in all of my years. Unhelpful, rude and no caring attitude. Great place to live in many ways, but security is a weak link.They drive past things that we as tenants see frequently. Our area of town is not getting any better. Many feel good about our living environment here but safety and security certainly isn't one of them.
Well I’ve never lived here but just by reading so many NEGATIVE reviews not only on Facebook, but google, apartment finders, & other sites as well as hearing negative things from current residents.... I’ve chose to not move here. That’s extremely sad & I’m not sure how you guys are still open. I can tell you this, I’ve been researching this apartment for a while & I haven’t read or heard not one positive thing. Get it together because all the bad reviews are now costing you guys future residents.
