Good doctor who listens closely and gives thoughtful advice. Friendly staff. Good PA’s. Team always responds quickly to questions on the portal.
Dr Wimberly is the best primary care provider you will find in the area. She is caring and listens to what you have to say. Sometimes she runs behind because she spends so much time with her patients. Sometimes you cannot fit an entire visit into a 30-minute appointment. Thank you Dr Wimberly for keeping me alive and healthy.

am dealing with this issue since March 2 when I took my daughter to Dr. Kelly Wimberly and I showed her the requests from Prebestarian hospital in Plano and Parkland hospital telling my primary care (Dr. Wimberly) that my daughter needed to do an endoscopy and colonoscopy. today is my first and last visit with dr wimberley. her staff are so rude and flippant that there is no way i will ever trust these people nor deal with their behavior. they treat you like they’re doing you a favor by just picking up the phone. and the fact that it takes weeks just to get an appointment is ridiculous.
I was a patient for more than 20 years and brought my daughter there as well. Dr Wimberly is amazing! Pro patient, kind, empathetic, non judgemental, doesn’t over-prescribe and provides full service!! We just moved from Dallas and I don’t think I can replace her!
It is the staff and that is so rude. I have been going there for years but the PA’s nurses have a lot to be desired.
Over billed for a simple follow up appointment. I never saw Dr. Wimberly but they bill everything as if I did. They charge double the price of a typical office visit just to see a physician assistant by billing everything under the supervising physician. I’ve never even met the supervising physician. Last year had a follow up at another clinic with an actual MD and it was half the price. No, my insurance didn’t change. They billed twice the amount. My insurance claim forms confirm this.
