I received at least 4 reminder emails within a week to confirm my appointment, which is too many. Every email wanted me to confirm again. Why is that being done? One should be sufficient.

Considering the various problems my teeth cause extending all appointments beyond the normal time, the staff and Dr. Roe are all simply great, especially Julie as she gets all the question when I don't have an appointment.

I'm an 'old school' guy when it comes to dental visits; I expect to be treated as a friend vs. a number. I also appreciate a dentist who will go the extra mile and take care of 'surprises' instead of dealing with it later when it is convenient. Dr. Roe is that dentist; state of the art facilities with the 'Old School' mentality of practicing dentistry. For the first time in a very long time, going to the dentist is not a tragic experience!
