Love living here! Going on almost 7 years and it's quiet, parking is not a challenge, neighbors are great -- human kiddo's are the best, and many residents have dogs and they add to the atmosphere too! Few times I have had maintenance concerns, the team arrives quickly to fix or respond to issues/concerns. It's a large complex and close to Costco, Target, Yesteryear, Lee Farms, and Frog Pond Farms. Lived here for 5 years and enjoyed my time in building Y. I would recommend this place to others. Our apartment was pretty quiet and we only heard neighbors when at the front door/balcony. Maintenance requests were responded to/resolved within a day each time. On move out, the charges seemed fair: just for 2 hours of cleaning and 3hrs for wall repair (old command strips took off paint/some plaster), at rates provided on their move-out checklist.
