Apparently this facility had a break in over a month ago. The thieves were described as to possibly hopping the fence to get in using bolt cutters to cut through the sliding latch that your personal lock secured your unit. The acting manager said it happened over 3 weeks ago, cops were called and the cops said there wasn't much they could do about it. Customer service at this Wilsonville Self Storage is pretty bad. They send the invoices out to the unit I canceled over 8 months ago. The person on the phone was so mean when he talked to his customer. This is pretty poor customer service.
