On site, live-in manager and handyman. Gate access 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. everyday. Office hours Mon - Fri 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Sat 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Consistently low cost provider (see our website for rates). A great value for great tenants. Background check required. Boxes, tape and other moving supplies available in Office.

Customer service at this Wilsonville Self Storage is pretty bad. They send the invoices out to the unit I canceled over 8 months ago. The person on the phone was so mean when he talked to his customer. This is pretty poor customer service.
Hoping to come back and change this review to 5 stars but I inquired about a storage unit over two days ago and never received a call or email back. I've tried calling multiple times and no one ever answers. I am now having to drive there today in hopes to talk to someone
