MISLEADING MONEY HUNGRY NOT TRUST WORTHY . Went in for free yearly check up and upon every step I kept asking is this covered because I don’t have money to pay out of pocket and from there receptionist to nurse practitioner since they don’t have a real doctor stated it’s covered and I shouldn’t get charged. Few weeks later I get a bill for 150 dollar and when I called Kristen the manager stated I am a liar and there employees don’t say I won’t get charged. I will be reporting them to BBB and my healthcare provider. New patie... read more
Visited them once for pain in abdomen, was told it was nothing to worry about. A week later I was in the ER for a kidney stone. Told me the first visit was free then billed me $98 two weeks later. I called to make an appointment and was told they no longer take my insurance and dropped me as a patient all without getting in touch with me. Classic!
Horrible! They charged me $40.00 to refill a prescription!!
