My AC is extremely old, and I know it doesn’t have much time left, so when it quit last week I feared the worst. When your technician Gabriel Martinez was unable to fix it, he came back the next day and worked until the AC was fully restored. Many companies would not have returned but would instead send a sales representative to insist that I must buy a new unit. Thank you, Gabriel and Wilson’s!

I needed to look at my ductwork to see if there were any leaks or something that could lead to a mold smell that had started. Jason K. came out this afternoon and could not have been more helpful, personable, thorough, and explanatory. He showed me video of the issues that need addressing and presented a very reasonably-priced solution, all the while explaining what he would do when he fixed it. I am always impressed with the workers at Wilson Refrigeration, but Jason went above and beyond today.
