Jacob came out to do a seasonal inspection and cleaning of my A/C unit. He was personable, courteous and knowledgeable. He told me the unit was in good shape with nothing to worry about at this time. That was music to my ears. He also told me about the service plan they offer with no pressure to buy on the spot. I appreciated the info and not feeling pressured. Jason Keech is awesome!! He is so kind and patient with my sister and me. He also explained about the air quality product which we are seriously considering (but only if Jason does the work ).
I am a contract customer for many years and have always been impressed with the service I have received. I set up my bi-annual check-up and found that we will have to replace one of our units.
