The worst customer service experience I've ever encountered with an insurance agency. They had a clear IT issue with their email and obstinately continued to blame the issue on my wife and I to a point Travis Wilson sent us a tirade of an email informing us to take our business elsewhere when we had the audacity to continue to ask for documentation we needed to pick up a new vehicle.
