I got a haircut june 20 (yesterday) , one of the barbers took care of my cut, we where besides the owner. At first I was surprised by all the directions given to the barber from the next sit. It took almost 1 and a half. This complain isn't about the time or that the fact that he was new and obviously didn't have experience. It's about the cuts that the barber made to my forehead, in both sides with the razor . At first I try to reach the owner by calling and sending the pictures but the actual barber answered the phone. I scheduled an appointment for a “beard trim,” and when I arrived, I was placed with a new barber at the shop. I told him I just wanted a little taken off my beard and to raise the beard line. Instead, he took almost all of it off and completely destroyed my beard line—making it extremely uneven and far too short. It was beyond repair, and they ended up having to shave it all off. Just to say that when I showed up today for a noon haircut there was no line and no wait - unlike previous times. They’re good people and the haircuts are superb.
