Over the years my son has become a very trusted user of Wilson baseball. When he asked for a custom glove I went there first. I designed 3 types that I thought he would like. My ex wife and I decided to split the 400.00 cost. Problem is that she wanted to get it ordered and clicked the wrong one. Never, never, never again! I thought that a company that is a partner of ***.com would be reputable and provide a good product. Not true. I ordered a customized bat through Wilson's website which is apparently part of Louisville Slugger. This customized bat was intended to be a really cool Father's Day gift for my children to give their father. The bat was ordered in mid-May and was guaranteed to be delivered by Father's Day. No one in the company seems to know how or when my ideas will ship, It's been 3 weeks, and still no answer. I will never order from Wilson again. For a professional company, they can't even get the customer service number correct on their website.
