If I could give less than one star, I would. I hired this company to fix my roof, because they were highly recommended my neighbors in the gated community of The Hills, Texas. My roof leaks worse now than before I called them. The owner, Ralph, has sent "Teddy" multiple times, who always says he will be back to "re-fix" the problem but he never comes back. I have called at least 6 times and each time they assure me it will be addressed. I am a PhD psychologist and Teddy speaks to me like I am a "dumb blonde". Next call... read more
