Justin and the team at Karon are top notch and very friendly and professional. I had nothing but excellent experiences renting with them in 3 different units over a number of years. They were especially helpful during COVID when the owner of the house sold and we needed to find another place very quickly, Justin and the team were there to help with the transition. Terrible with communication. I been looking to rent a property but never any feedback or status updates. I just have to assume I didnt get the commercial rental property. Waited months and nothing. Property listing was taken down and the sign from the location also. If I can give zero stars I would.
They go up on rent every year, with no upgrades to the property. The cameras on the property do not work (so stuff gets stolen and no one is caught). Office staff isn't very pleasant. Mailbox broken, garage door broken often (giving ppl access to steal your belongings). Stuff gets fixed eventually, if you badger them (termites in the light fixture).
