Great location and a beautiful building, including gym and shared spaces! The apartment unit itself looked like new and had plenty of living/storage space. Super helpful staff - which was not my experience when my other daughter lived in a different local apartment building, so this was a nice change. We paid a little extra for the enclosed parking and the extra peace of mind was totally worth it.
Appliances and key fobs constantly down, 3 new property managers in 3 months, difficult to get in contact with, not worth the price whatsoever. Understaffed, work orders take months to complete unless they are emergencies. Overall just bad management. Maintenance guy needs a raise though, or give him more workers at least.

Love this place! Super clean, quiet, and in a great spot. The team is helpful, and the building has awesome perks like a gym and outdoor patio. Definitely recommend!
