My family has done business with Wilson's for years. We have never had a complaint. Are they the warm cozy types, not really. But they are thorough & knowledgeable. I'm glad they are expanding & growing. Their pest control products are essential in high rise apartment buildings & rental property management. They are a good company.
Paid this company for a termite inspection. They performed the inspection and wrote failed on the receipt. He gave the estimate of $1,100.00 to complete the treatment. I called the company and explained that the Form NPMA-33 was needed because this is required by the lender to complete the sale of the home. The owner argued and screamed at me advising that he only gives the form if it passes or once the treatment is done. I explained that the form was needed regardless as part of the loan and sale file. I have been a happy, satisfied customer since Wilson's first opened. They provide excellent service and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Went to this store several times, took the bugs in a plastic bag, only to be given some crap that didn't kill swat. Not to mention oh they're always booked up, and when they think you're desperate enough, thats when they spring a service charge fee to come out. Really? All this after you've sold me some crap. I wouldn't recommend Wison's pest control to spray a stray dog with fleas.
I'm not sure of what's in this chemical but it works. I'm so thankful for Mr Wilson. I stand by your product 100%
The employee's at Wilson's were very helpful. I explained the situation to them and they offered a variety of options to help with the problem. I received excellent results from their products and would recommend them to anyone with pest problems as small as ants or large as beavers.
Can we say poor customer service, this company employees needs major training in the areas of customer service.
