This facility told me that Dyslexia testing was not covered under insurance without contacting insurance to see if it was a covered. I asked about billing insurance since they were an in network provider and was told they would not cover it. I was told I would need to pay for it out of pocket. I was unaware that as an in-network provider that I would be unable to submit for reimbursement since insurance provider requires them to submit the billing.
