I went in to see Dr. Wilson for my carpal tunnel and everyone in that office treated me like family. Dr. Wilson was straight to the point but listened to everything that I had to say.
Absolutely horrible experience today. We have had bad experiences before with this office staff, but today took it to a whole new level. I am completely astonished at the lack of professionalism and lack of caring we have experienced today. Never, ever again. Ever. Too bad because we love Dr. Wilson and his medical team. #officepeoplecanmakeorbreakyou #lessonlearned
