Amazing experience. Netty Hernandez was our sales associate and I highly recommend having him assist you. Very knowledgable about the vehicles and didnt push us to buy anything. Very personable and accommodating. My husband and I were in and out within 3 hours which was fast for purchasing a new vehicle, at least in our experience. Netty texted and made sure we made it home safely as we live farther away. He genuinely was a great dude.
Brake work was competitive price-wise with other shops, but using Ford parts. Work was done quicker than expected!
Wilson provides excellent service. They take vehicle concerns seriously. I highly recommend them.
Wilson motors service department will lie to you. After asking around and receiving nothing but warnings about Wilson I still had them do some work on my ST. Overall this was costing me $4600. I scheduled my car to be dropped off Wednesday morning, agreement was the car would be done Friday. I was having wilson do 2 jobs, a timing belt and clutch/flywheel. Total of about 14 hours of labor.
