I am not happy with the service department at Wilson Motors in Corvallis. I had been a satisfied customer for 15 years. Today I took my F-150 in for an oil change. As usual, upon picking up the truck, I opened up the hood and did a check of the work. I found the hose clamp on the air filter’s air line completely loose. No one had bothered to tighten it. My car buying experience here was amazing! Lou Magguilli was incredibly patient as I test drove 4 different cars and talked to him about every option for each vehicle in the 16 collective hours it took me to choose a vehicle from there. The manager, Todd Powell, was also very helpful when it came time to make my purchase. Between the two of them, I got $6000 in rebates for my brand new truck that I did not initially believe I could afford. This has, by far, been the best car buying experience that I have ever had.
