Drove 45 minutes to look at a vehicle and requested a few fixes such as dangerously worn brakes hidden by shiny new tires, a non-functional and unplugged heated seat and a potentially bad strut causing a loud clunk over speed bumps. Sold me a car and within 5 months the transmission and rear differential were broken. Owned the car for 5 months and when I confronted them about it they didn’t do anything to make it better.
Wilson motors service department will lie to you. After asking around and receiving nothing but warnings about Wilson I still had them do some work on my ST. Overall this was costing me $4600. I scheduled my car to be dropped off Wednesday morning, agreement was the car would be done Friday. I was having wilson do 2 jobs, a timing belt and clutch/flywheel. Total of about 14 hours of labor.
