Friendly atmosphere!
We worked with Josh Bigford and it was a great experience. Pretty good deal and he is very friendly. 5 Stars! We will drive the distance for regular maintenance and to say hello!
Initially was just going to sell my existing car and buy at another location where I found a good match. They went and got the new car for me- actually better than the one I’d found Straight forward buying experience- low fees, no dealer add on you have to buy and easy transaction through the finance office. Ask for Marcus!
Drove 45 minutes to look at a vehicle and requested a few fixes such as dangerously worn brakes hidden by shiny new tires, a non-functional and unplugged heated seat and a potentially bad strut causing a loud clunk over speed bumps. Said they'd fix it and let me know so I could come buy the vehicle. Instead they reached out today to see if there was a price where I'd be willing to fix the issues myself before telling me they sold it without fixing to someone else (brakes alone would cost $1500 at a shop).
