I recently rented a storage unit there and Bella was so helpful she went above what most people would have. And then called to follow up on how it was working out. Very nice girl. And the storage was perfect. Definitely would recommend.
Shopping for a storage unit is one of my least favorite things to do. Wilson Mini-Storage in North Auburn, and their property manager Bella made this the best experience so far. First off, the price of a 10 x 20 unit was the most reasonable compared to all the surrounding areas I found in Alta Sierra (my new home). We have been using Wilson mini storage for so many years. I can’t remember not having them in our lives! But Bella, the new manager, is truly incredible! We were having trouble deciding what size unit to get as we made our move recently and changed our minds twice after signing the lease. She helped us with humor, compassion, and professionally, Exactly what we needed in a “move from hell“. I would recommend Wilson anytime, but make sure you exit before 8 o’clock lol lol lol!
Wonderful and exceptional service, Bella who is the manger there was professional, polite, thorough and very knowledgeable on all the aspects of the policies for this storage facility. It was an absolute pleasure working with her! I would highly recommend this facility!
Bella was awesome and got us a storage unit in a friendly and timely manner. We will be returning!
