I highly recommend Chris Gold. I have lived in my rental home for over 3 years. Any issues I have, Chris is very responsive and gets repairs done quickly and efficiently. I am grateful to have such an amazing property manager. Because the wrong one is a nightmare. Thank you Chris for all you do!
I highly recommend this company to anyone I know who is looking to rent. I have rented with Wilson Management group from 2018-2025, under 2 different properties. I’ve had a great experience, and the only reason I’m leaving is my home is being sold by the owners. If they had another property that fit my needs, I would have gladly stayed renting with them longer. Prices are reasonable, I’ve always felt safe in my home, and all maintenance request or concerns with vendors have always been addressed promptly.
