Their inability to communicate effectively, provide assistance when needed, and demonstrate basic customer service skills has made them a liability rather than an asset to Kings Point. As an owner and a professional in the field, I strongly urge for improvements or reconsideration of their management services.
Tammy Wilson is amazing, very fast responses, it a pleasure working with her.
The employees are incompetent and rude. They never call you back and don’t take accountability for anything. Did I mention the employees were just plain rude.
