In reading these reviews and the office responding with we don't have records of you being a client makes alot of sense. Why?? Because you weren't a true client of Mr. Lakes. Exact same thing happened to me. I found out months after working With Lake that i wasn't his true client. There was a conflict of interest and instead of Lake telling you theres a conflict like he should. In retrospect I had a very bad experience with Mr. Lake and I deeply regret hiring him. He was either not honest or not a good attorney, either case, best to avoid him.

Please hire any other attorney/ law firm! as someone who has been on the opposing end of this firm I can tell you they are not prepared for hearings, will double bill, and lack any general sense of ethical standard. Anita even went so far as to bring her massive husband along in a weak attempt to intimidate and harass a 67 year old woman. It did work, at all times we were afraid he would collapse from heart failure/ his labored breathing and we would be held responsible.
