My business leased space from this realty for approx 4 years. I would strongly suggest avoiding them, as they don’t honor lease terms - for example refusing to repair a sign, refusing to address plumbing issues, attempting to enforce lease terms not actually in the lease (a “typo” they claimed). They acknowledged we’d paid rent promptly every month and maintained/improved the space, but then forced us to vacate when the owner got mad.
