I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on replacing my furnace and hvac system. The person who answered the phone was very polite and courteous and put me on the schedule for June 22nd 2026 between the hours of 1 and 3 PM. I even received a text message from their automated system a few minutes after we got off the phone. June 22nd came and went without so much as a phone call, let alone anyone actually showing up at my house. Needless to say, they're not going to get the job.
Wilson Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc Came to our house right away and changed the whole cooling system in one day. The crew was very nice and the unit is working perfectly just in time for the hot weather coming, Thank You Wilson for doing such a great job so fast. Lawrence Butler

Repair sump pump and water removal in basement. Erin and Matt did an excellent job and were courteous and professional. I would recommend requesting them for any plumbing job.
