I have been seeing Dr. Jake for about a year. I came in with some neck and upper back issues that had been going on for years. I didn't have full range of motion in my neck and I would have pain often. I started coming in a few times a week for adjustments and to work through exercises. I noticed a difference pretty quickly. I don't think I realized that I was as bad as I was until I could move so much better. I am able to lift weights about my head again and do so many things that used to hurt. Thanks Dr. Jake!

5 stars I have been taking my son to see Dr. Katherine since he was two weeks old. He was having issues breastfeeding and difficulty turning his head to the left. Dr. Katherine performed craniosacral therapy and adjustments which greatly improved his ability to nurse and move his head and neck.
