Finally, an honest and personal jeweler! I was very impressed with everyone I met at Wilson diamonds when we purchased my wedding ring. My husband and I went to 4 other stores in town (no, I won't name them), and just felt like they were all there just to take our money. Wilson's was completely different. Great Customer Service! – I had a great experience picking out my Fiancee's ring with my rep at Wilson Diamonds! First thing she did when I walked in was ask my name (which was something that all the other ring shops seemed to not really care to ask...) and used it frequently while she helped me find a perfect ring. It felt like working with a friend to find the perfect gift and was able to pick out a gorgeous ring and a wonderful diamond that I was able to pick out among several diamonds that she let me see under magnifying... read more

I love my Engagement Ring – My fiance shopped for my ring all by himself (I'm so proud) He had a great experience and I LOVE my ring. Just a few weeks later I took my brother there to look for rings for his future fiancee. Referrals rock! Go to Wilson. ;)

Best Experience Ever – I had a jeweler friend in another state that was going to get me the wholesale price on my wifes wedding ring. When it was getting closer to going down to pick out the ring I started thinking about the drawbacks ie if there were any problems I would have to go back to get it fixed and dipped ect... Not the best deal/service – The sales girl was super patient with us- it took us forever to pick out what we wanted. Then they were willing to customize it and have it done in a week since we were only going to be in town for a week. However, my husband was trading in a ring from a previous relationship and we did not get a good value for it at all whatsoever. Richard Wilson has taken advantage of me more than any other person in my life. – The service I received from him was excellent at first, but has changed to shoddy, disrespectful, and even illegal.
