Finally, an honest and personal jeweler! I was very impressed with everyone I met at Wilson diamonds when we purchased my wedding ring. My husband and I went to 4 other stores in town (no, I won't name them), and just felt like they were all there just to take our money. Wilson's was completely different. I love my Engagement Ring – My fiance shopped for my ring all by himself (I'm so proud) He had a great experience and I LOVE my ring. Just a few weeks later I took my brother there to look for rings for his future fiancee. Referrals rock! Go to Wilson. ;)
Great Customer Service! – I had a great experience picking out my Fiancee's ring with my rep at Wilson Diamonds! First thing she did when I walked in was ask my name (which was something that all the other ring shops seemed to not really care to ask...) and used it frequently while she helped me find a perfect ring. Best Experience Ever – I had a jeweler friend in another state that was going to get me the wholesale price on my wifes wedding ring. When it was getting closer to going down to pick out the ring I started thinking about the drawbacks ie if there were any problems I would have to go back to get it fixed and dipped ect... Manipulative, deceitful, and a bully Richard Wilson charged my credit card without my knowledge or permission or agreement over a refund. I eventually got all my money back (after an entire summer of strife). But what still bothers me is the lies he has stated on companyrank.com about me and a supposed "no-return" order form I signed. Wilson's employees were the most helpful and friendly than any other jewelery store we went to for my engagement ring. The price was reasonable and they had a variety of settings and stones you could mix and match. They were also willing to set the diamond however you wanted (lower, higher, turned, etc).
Not the best deal/service – The sales girl was super patient with us- it took us forever to pick out what we wanted. Then they were willing to customize it and have it done in a week since we were only going to be in town for a week. However, my husband was trading in a ring from a previous relationship and we did not get a good value for it at all whatsoever.
