Awful. The new dentist is awful. Dont believe a word he says.
They never answer the phones or return calls, I was recommended to them too but they're worthless. Its been over a month of trying to contact someone to get care. Moving on.
The dentist gave me shit about insurance approval. I NEVER received the approval! He is very gruff. The staff and techs are amazing now! So much better!
I had a wonderful experience. The Dental assistance was absolutely amazing love her. I have major anxiety due to very bad past experiences, and I can honestly say that both the dentist and the dental assistant were caring and compassionate towards my anxiety. Dr. Sammy was very caring and I appreciate it so much
I've never had a problem until this past year. They cancelled my appointment 3 times cause they said they didn't have a hygienist to do the cleaning. First time they cancelled my appointment the hygienist was out cause she had a baby. Ok that's fine no problem I get it. The receptionist said it's gonna be 6 months to reschedule then I got pissed off. Second & third time they cancelled my appointment I was pissed off now I'm having a hard time getting a hold of them cause my front tooth they repaired is loose & I have a bad t... read more
