I've been here for almost a year and i love it!!! Amazing maintenance staff as well
I lived here a while back and it was very peaceful. Recently I was having an issue with a court case and needed some documentation for it. the staff went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed on time. They were very kind and fast in their efforts to help me even though they had an issue with the system after I moved out and had to search for it; showing they do their best to not only take care of their current residents but also their past residents as well. Wilson Crossing Apartments is an outstanding place to call home! The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, and the overall living experience here is fantastic. I highly recommend Latasha and Wilson Crossing Apartments for anyone searching for a great community to live in. Latasha Phillips the property manager provided exceptional service and support. She was always helpful, communicated effectively, and showed genuine compassion throughout the process. Her accommodating nature made everything seamless and stress-free.
I applied and didn’t get approved which was fine. But it’s been two months and I still haven’t gotten my 200 dollar deposit back, that’s just ridiculous. I appreciate your response. But anything less than finding another way to refund me is unacceptable. The year is 2024 . Mailing a check is antiquated. Especially if I paid by credit card. . To many modes of transferring funds to be waiting 60 days for a check. Lets upgrade in 2025 it’s better for all parties involved..
