I was supposed to have my third appointment yesterday. My therapist just never called. I emailed them 15 minutes into the appointment, and have yet to hear back. That was more than 24 hours ago now. What a shame to have people with mental illness treated this way. Unfortunately over the last 6 years this is fairly common in my personal experience. Not ghosting necessarily, but a lot of just bad therapists.

I stopped seeing Steven Brown years ago because of conflict of interests. I was never communicated about leftover balance (co-pay) that I “supposedly” owe them. Absolutely lack of communication. When I decided to return back to this service but with different therapist. It went so well, appreciated the similar background I had with this therapist. Steven Brown not very reliable. He either late or do not do the video calls as scheduled. Or had to reschedule many times. I understand u have lot if clients but u need to be reliable too.

I'm a healthcare professional with hearing loss like Dr. Wilson. He and I have worked together in the past in a Deaf/hard of hearing professional organization. He is A+ and would send any of my patients to him.
