Wish I could give a stars for different categories. Tony was 5 star and helpful. Didn't try to put me in another truck. Worked hard to get me in the one I wanted. My 4 star goes to the detailing. It was on the lot for a while and the wheels and steering wheel were filthy. Quick wipe with the towel and some degreaser on the steering wheel and we were good. Overall I liked my experience. I will use Wilson again when my daughter starts driving.
my husband and I bought our vehicle in Georgia, a friend of ours recommended this Dealership for service. I can honestly see why, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Brittany treated us very kindly and got us in and out in no time. The other lady next to her was friendly as well. 1000/10 highly recommend. If you’re looking for a small town dealership to take your vehicle to this is the one.
If I could put more than 5 stars I would because that’s the exact experience I had with this place. For starters, I can’t remember her name but she is the young lady who you first see to your right when you walk in the service doors. Not only was she so kind but she went above and beyond to make me feel more at peace with servicing my vehicle. My transmission went out on my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and Brittany went over to help me. They were able to find a refurbished GMC 6L transmission and got it put it together in 2 days. I’m thankful for what they were able to do and was extremely satisfied.
Charles and Jason were awesome! I bought my first Jeep at Wilson’s Jeep back in 2021 and it was totaled August 2023. I just bought my second Jeep yesterday and they made the process super easy! I can’t thank them enough for getting me back into my favorite vehicle. Thank y’all so much for making my birthday the best day ever!
