I am filing a formal complaint against Wilson Chevrolet in Stillwater, Oklahoma, regarding unprofessional, discriminatory treatment and questionable service practices. Josh Turpin was knowledgeable about electric vehicles and helped to address our many questions about the the Bolt EV. He also did a walk-around video showing us the small cosmetic damage so that we could understand the condition of the used car. When we decided to purchase the vehicle, he helped to coordinate the delivery of the car. Overall a great car buying experience, with no sales pressure, and honest negotiation.
