My wife and I are from out of town. Ricky and Arthur were amazing. Best car buying experience!! I drove over 2 hours to purchase and was everything they said it was!!! Highly recommend!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my recent service appointment for my Chevy Blazer was handled. What I experienced left me with the impression that no work whatsoever was performed on my vehicle. I dropped off my Blazer Thursday evening for an 8:00 a.m. Friday appointment, clearly explaining that it was a transmission issue and the vehicle was not shifting. Adam always answers my questions and does not rush me. He will ask someone else the answer to a question if he doesn't know. Adam does not fudge or lie but instead seeks help. I trust him. My vehicles are fixed and cleaned when they are finished. I have been exclusively using Wilson's Cheverolet service technicians for over 22 years. Also the Dealership when I am ready to puchase a replacement car or truck. No other Dealership do I trust as much as Wilson's. Adam and Ron in Service, Scott in Sales.
I have nothing bad to say about their sales department they’ve always been great. I’ve bought my last three vehicles at this dealership from Scott. Dude’s a rockstar and ALWAYS treats us very well. However, the service department is ridiculous. I called the weekend of 8/29 to get my vehicle looked. Screen was showing reduced engine power.
