I've used Wilson Chan for my auto insurance, renter's insurance homeowner's insurance, as well as personal articles insurance and him and his team have been great! Very responsive, easy to work with, and dependable. Would recommend.

Garbage service… We were reimbursed for theft and subsequently dropped because of the claim… What a joke. Wilson and his office are terrible agents — save yourself from headaches and DO NOT USE.

We initially experienced a hiccup in the claim process but our agent's office was more than willing to help. I made an appointment at the office on short notice and Cynthia assisted me with speaking to the claims department. Friendly, professional, and polite, Wilson Chan's office goes above and beyond –I am sincerely grateful to have them as our agents.

Use literally anyone else. Not from TrashFarm though, just use a different company. This agent (and other TrashFarm agents) do nothing but ignore communication the entire day. I have been trying to get in touch about my insurance account for over a month and they have ignored every single attempt to communicate. I cannot stress enough how bad your experience will be if you use this company or agent. It won't let me put 0 stars but know that that's what I intended.
