First of all we are from Michigan our son goes to college in Stillwater. Apparently the dealership does not have the convenience of modern technology. Our son brought his car there for an estimate on a vandalized window, they kept the vehicle overnight. Why? Anyway after about 3 days my son got back to them and reported to us. I understand some of the issues were lack of communication, between our son and the dealership.
