Highly Recommended Love living here!! Every time I need maintenance to fix something they fix it almost immediately! Office staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are very nice, and noise is never an issue. Nice large apartments for a good price, and there are always nice neighbors. We have lived here for over a year and have enjoyed it very much.
Do not move here They charge outrageous amounts to hold an apartment and their rent is not worth what you get. If you go there, make sure it is really where you want to stay because you will not get any money back. I put a deposit down to hold an apartment then found a better, cheaper, place. When I told the people at Wilson Acres, they refused to give me anything back. I did not expect the application fees back but at least the deposit should have been returned since I had not even signed a lease. Be sure to ask what is and... read more
Nice place I lived there for a year and had no problems with them. Things were fixed when I asked them to be and the rent was not that bad either. The rooms were large and there was plenty of closet space. I would recommend this to any college kids in the area. It is within walking distance of ECU, and not far from downtown.

for the love of God dont move here Wilson Acres sucks!!!!! That pretty much sums it up. I hate living here!! i cant wait to move! The staff seems so nice at first but they dont care about anything but your money. they dont try to help you. So far, they have gotten about 400 dollars just from towing my friends! SORRY, there is NOWHERE TO PARK!!! not to mention the towing people look like inbreds. oh yeah, and the maintenance guys come into ur house when you dont even know!!! i was sleeping upstairs and there were guys all in ... read more
