Great place to live!!! It is a great place to live, it is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the maintenance people are always very nice, and Olga in the administration office is always willing to help solve any inconvenience, totally recommended.
Enjoying my time here A great place to call home. Having the utilities included really helps me budget. It’s quiet and clean. My neighbors are very nice. I really like the office staff. They are very helpful. Heb is also very close which I like.
Rats and mold!! Do not move here I have over 6 pictures of 4 rats I caught here and pictures of black mold in the vents and they will do nothing about it save your money go somewhere else I would post the picture but this website won’t let me
Best bang for your buck I have lived at many complexes. And this is by far one of the best. The all bills paid is great and the community is so clean and very nature-ish. I have a big apartment. The maintenance men are very nice and helpful. I have renewed twice and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Compared to every where else I get the best deal here. And it’s close to everything I need. My neighbor and I both get along so well. It’s great to have nice neighbors.
Do Not Get Here! Bad maintenance. Very rude female manager and male manager doesn't know what he's doing. roaches pay more rent here. constant maintenance request but never had anyone come fix it and they will kick you out whenever they up their prices. DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT.

Affordable and BIG! I had to leave my last place due to bad maintenance. I moved here 6 months ago and it has been a blessing. All bills paid is awesome. It’s also very quiet. My neighbors are nice and I feel safe. I was paying way more at my last place and then my utility bill was always very high. One easy payment every month is the best. And I have so much more room now. My apartment has very high ceilings and a private balcony. It’s very nice.
I recommend an apartment here I have been a tenant of Wilshire Woods for almost 12 years. Our apartment overlooks one of the swimming pools. The prices are very reasonable considering they include all utilities as well as some nice amenities such as a gym, covered parking, 3 swimming pools, a dog-park and a seniors center.
