THIS AGENCY IS A SCAM Mhel Lago asks for CASH upfront to book tickets and then DOES NOT BOOK them, then people who are trying to fly home get stranded with no ticket and no recourse because he made them pay cash. The other good reviews are probably fakes anyway. I don't really care what is going on with his business, but my parents needed to fly home to see their dying son and Mhel took advantage and scammed them during this difficult time. Love the service! I recently planned a trip outside of the US and Mhel of Wilshire Travel Center was courteous & very knowledgeable in all my queries. He gave me the best quotes, booked my hotel & land transportation with no problem or whatsoever. I highly recommend this travel agency to anybody who loves to travel & see the world in general.
poor service, cost me a bundle – We purchased a roundtrip ticket overseeas ! GUess what Mhel the manager forgot to book us return..said oh so sorry ! Now stuck overseas till money is transferred to us ! Horrible people
First Time Traveler – Just want to saw I was referred to their Agency and was most welcomed by there staff. I never have used a travel agency. Found out when I used the internet and had problems there was no one to talk to. Travel The World – I have been very pleased with their customer service. They do not just stop after the ticket is issued. I have called them from other countries to make changes to my plan and were very helpful in doing so without charge. They seem to be there almost all the time and after hours if need be. Leave a message and they will call you back. If you need an Agency that cares even after you been booked. They are the one. Good Work Wilshire Travel Agency.

VERY SAD & MONEY W**** COMPANY..SELFISH! – nice the first time you call them but after you booked your ticket/took your money, it's the end. very un-organized! un-professional! not helpful at all. wants to keep charging you even if it's their mistake! it's all about the money for them not concerned to reach the highest customer service satisfaction at all. sad! sad! sad! company!
